TQ technology experience

2002 Under contract to the Institute for Law and Justice, provided background for update to Washington DC Metro Police Department Technology Plan.

1997 - 2001 as Vice President for Consulting at the Public Systems Division of MAXIMUS, we specialized in government applications. My responsibilities included marketing, proposal project management, proposal drafting, and facilitation of customer development teams. Project responsibilities included business analysis for a statewide educational "School Profiles" system for Delaware public schools and an automated case management system developed for Maryland's Department of Juvenile Justice.
